TAKING COMPANY TO NEXT LEVEL
Challenge:
CEO in a small high-tech company faced new demands on leadership and needed to restructure the organization’s priorities and process management due to the company’s rapid growth. This situation left little time to reflect and act on strategic issues.

Communications Manager at an international med–tech company undergoing severe cutbacks was responsible for large communication projects which required considerable information initiatives directed at staff. This put a lot of pressure on the manager.
Solution:
